With a workforce exceeding 70 experienced and qualified engineers and consultant, we offer our expertise and resources to establish a thorough understanding of projects and provide tailored solutions in Facility Management Services.

Our portfolio comprises a multitude of projects across the Residential, Industrial, Corporate and Educational sectors including major projects operations for Tatweer Misr which can be classified into; 2 completed projects Fouka Bay (1 Million sqm), Il Monte Galala (2.2 Million sqm), and ongoing projects D-Bay (0.85 Million sqm) and Bloomfields (1.4 Million sqm) in addition to a consultancy service for Madinet Nasr Company (6 Million sqm) and Mostakbal City Company (46 Million sqm).
